摘要: We demonstrate a novel spectral-shearing interferometry setup for characterizing the temporal amplitude and phase of ultrashort optical pulses over an extremely wide wavelength region. By mixing two strongly chirped auxiliary with pulse to be characterized, spectrally sheared replicas are generated, their spectral interference is evaluated. fully characterize 10-fs in visible region by sum-frequency 19-fs ultraviolet difference-frequency mixing. The scheme self-referencing highly sensitive. zero-additional-phase does not alter unknown yields shape at interaction point spectroscopic experiment.
