摘要: Abstract SiC nanowires (SiCnws) were used to modify the interphase of carbon fiber/pyrocarbon/SiC(Cf/PyC/SiC) composites. These SiCnws grown in fiber preform via chemical vapor infiltration(CVI). The effects these SiCnw interphases on microstructure and mechanical properties Cf/PyC/SiC composites investigated. According obtained results, containing interphases(i.e., Cf/SiCnw/PyC/SiC Cf/SiCnw/SiC) showed higher strength toughness than at both room high temperatures. superior pull-out bridging crack characteristics can account for toughening Cf/SiC upon growth interphases, which resulted with propagation resistances load standing capabilities.
