摘要: Abstract To obtain a dense carbon fiber reinforced SiC matrix (C/SiC) composite by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) technique within short time, nanowires were introduced into the preform before CVI process. The produced on fabrics impregnating mixture of polycarbosilane (PCS) and ferrocene catalyst pyrolysis them at high temperatures. that had been obtained stacking these was densified in 200 h, about half time less than conventional It found incorporated reduced pore size provided extra surfaces to accelerate C/SiC with shows higher density better flexural strength composite.
