摘要: Abstract SiC nanowires decorated with polycrystalline nanoparticles have been synthesized by chemical vapor deposition using methyltrichlorosilane as precursor at standard atmospheric pressure. The as-received products were characterized scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, transmission high-resolution selected area diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. consist of a single-crystalline β-SiC core thin amorphous SiO2 shell. diameter is about 80 nm. on are anomalous spherical configuration having mean 100 nm.
