摘要: : Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is an important surgical advance in the management of early breast cancer. Localization sentinel (SLN) cancer and other patients widely used now utilizing isosulfan blue dye. Few alternative types dye have been investigated. In a prospective study 54 patients, methylene was as to localize SLN patients. The technique successful 91.1% after excluding initial learning cases; results are similar for This describes localization identifying Methylene readily available most Egyptian institutes, with very low cost.
