摘要: Lymphocytes of the adaptive immune system play a crucial role in defending organism against pathogens. Initial stimulation via antigen receptors induces activation and proliferation lymphocytes to generate effector cells that clear pathogen from body. During shut-down response activated are removed by two mechanisms. T restimulated during end die activation-induced cell death (AICD), whereas which not autonomous (ACAD). Here, we discuss regulation AICD ACAD review cytokines, receptor (TCR) proximal signaling mediators like hematopoietic progenitor kinase 1 (HPK1) NF-kappaB pathway. We distinguish between dependent on or independent ligation, caspase-independent cells.
