Synthesis, structural and luminescence properties of $$\hbox {Dy}^{3+}$$Dy3+ activated $$\hbox {GdAlO}_{3}$$GdAlO3 phosphors by a solid state reaction method under a $$\hbox {N}_{2}$$N2 atmosphere

摘要: Dysprosium ($$\hbox {Dy}^{3+})$$ ion-doped $$\hbox {GdAlO}_{3}$$ nanophosphors were fabricated by using a high temperature solid state reaction method. X-ray diffraction measurements used to investigate the phase and crystal size of these phosphors. The morphology powder was observed scanning electron microscopy. band structure phosphor determined recording UV absorption spectra Tauc plot. optical behaviour phosphors measuring their photoluminescence (PL) spectra. PL show characteristic blue (489 nm) green (567 emissions corresponding energy level transitions {Dy}^{3+}$$.
