摘要: Chick skeletal muscle cells in culture have an amiloride-sensitive Na+-transporting system that has the following properties. Na+ uptake is dependent on extracellular concentration. The Km value for 25 mM and remains constant between pH 7.5 8.5. maximal rate of transport higher at alkaline pH. An ionizable group with a pK 7.6 essential to be functional. activity controlled by internal H+ concentrations. Amiloride inhibition competitively antagonized increasing dissociation amiloride 5 microM Na+-free conditions found from competition experiments 13 mM. influx occurs parallel efflux. This efflux stimulated external concentrations, being 15 It inhibited same concentration dependence as influx.
