摘要: Interlaboratory reproducibility of the immunocytochemical assessment oestrogen and progesterone receptors proliferative activity in fine needle aspiration breast cancer The purpose this study was to establish interlaboratory analysis (ER) (PR) expression Mib1 growth fraction on (FNA) smears. A set 44 immunostained slides for ER, PR were randomly selected from archives Center Study Prevention Cancer (CSPO) Florence, Italy, submitted reading 6 Italian laboratories. The generalized kappa statistic used as an indicator agreement among six good correlation ER evident. For results showed some discrepancies. In addition adequate standardization procedures, these data confirm that reliability immunocytochemistry is strictly linked accurate results.
