摘要: Cryptocercus punctulatus and Parasphaeria boleiriana are two distantly related xylophagous subsocial cockroaches. is to termites. Xylophagous cockroaches termites excellent model organisms for studying the symbiotic relationship between insect their microbiota. In this study, high-throughput 454 pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA was used investigate diversity metagenomic gut communities C. P. boleiriana, thereby identify possible shifts in symbiont allegiances during evolution. Our results revealed that hindgut prokaryotic both dominated by members four Bacteria phyla: Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria. Other identified phyla were Spirochaetes, Planctomycetes, candidatus Saccharibacteria (formerly TM7), Acidobacteria, each which represented 1-2% total population detected. Community similarity based on phylogenetic relatedness unweighted UniFrac analyses indicated composition bacterial community species significantly different (P < 0.05). Phylogenetic analysis characterized clusters Deltaproteobacteria showed many OTUs present cockroach clustered with sequences previously described other cockroaches, but not those from animals or environments. These suggest that, evolution, conserved several microbiota a common ancestor. The ecological stability microbial may imply important functional role survival host providing nutrients appropriate quantities balance.
