A miRNA signature suggestive of nodal metastases from laryngeal carcinoma

摘要: The discovery that miRNAs are frequently deregulated in tumours offers the opportunity to identify them as prognostic and diagnostic markers. aim of this multicentric study is a miRNA expression profile specific for laryngeal cancer. secondary endpoint was with potential biomarkers tumour spread nodal involvement, specifically search pattern pathognomonic N+ cancer N- tissues. We identified 20 tissue-specific signature predictive lymph node metastases carcinoma characterised by 11 miRNAs, seven which overexpressed (upregulated) four downregulated. These results allow identification group can be used improve its diagnosis, particularly early stages, well prognosis.
