摘要: Abstract Drop impact on a solid surface has received attention for variety of industrial applications, such as in edible coatings by spray methods. In the present work, drop behavior coating formulations (ECF) based gelatin, glycerol and cellulose nanofibers banana eggplant epicarps was studied. Drops ECF were generated precision flat tipped syringe needle connected to digitally controlled pump. A high-speed camera recorded spreading dynamics impacting drops maximum spread diameter determined ImageJ program. Maximum factor is dependent upon concentration gelatin since these components modify viscosity tension, respectively. For with low viscosity, ξ max  ∝ We 0.24 ± 0.01 , while high 0.19 ± 0.02 .
