摘要: The present invention relates to an isolated SRK polypeptide, biologically-active polypeptide fragments thereof, and nucleic acids which code for it. This has various activities in regulating cell signaling signal transduction pathways, including, e.g., a protein kinase activity; autophosphorylating survival promoting HAX-1 binding apoptosis suppression MAPKK stimulatory transcription modulatory activity, SRK-specific immunogenic activity. all aspects of SRK, or homologs including assays modulators, activators, ligands, etc. also cytolic soluble produces when expressed cells.
