摘要: This invention relates to 4-substituted 7-aza-indolin-2-ones and their use as protein kinase inhibitors. Particular disclosed herein are of formula (1) pharmaceuitaclly acceptable salts, solvates, clathrates, prodrugs thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, X, Y, Z defined herein. The further pharmaceutical compositions dosage forms comprising compounds methods for the treatment and/or prevention diseases such as, but not limited to, cancer.
