摘要: The construction of business process models has become an important requisite in the analysis and optimization processes. success efforts heavily depends on quality models. Therefore, a research domain emerged that studies modeling. This paper contributes to this by presenting way visualizing different steps modeler undertakes construct model, so-called modeling Chart. graphical representation lowers cognitive discover properties process, which facilitates development theory, training tool support for improving model quality. contains extensive overview applications demonstrate its usefulness practice discusses observations from visualization relation other work. was evaluated through qualitative study confirmed added value compared Dotted Chart inspired.
