The may be organized into banks, wherein a given chip within package part one bank, while another in same bank. also includes clock driver and storage unit. unit configured to store identification information, such as serial number. information correlating electrical contact pads on individual signal pins This allow an error quickly traced specific pin when detected bus by correction subsystem.
