摘要: During the process of neurogenesis, stem cell committed to neuronal fate starts a series molecular and morphological changes. The understanding physio-pathology mechanisms controlling changes occurring during differentiation is fundamental development effective therapies for many neurologic diseases. Unfortunately, our knowledge biological events in still poor. In this study, we focus preliminarily on relevance cytoskeletal rearrangements, which earlier drive morphology precursors, later migrating/mature neurons. fact, neuritogenesis, neurite branching, outgrowth retraction are seminal fully functional nervous system. With mind, highlight importance iPSC technology study processes cytoskeletal-driven differentiation.
