摘要: Background The immune reaction of the peritoneum to growing gastrointestinal neoplasms remains unclear. We investigated mobilization cells in peritoneal fluid gastric and colon cancer, phenotypes level activation recruited cells, concentration cellular cytokines. Methods Peritoneal (PCs) were obtained intraoperatively by lavage from 18 patients with adenocarcinoma stomach 32 (all stage T2N0M0) 52 who underwent elective cholecystectomy as control subjects. Results number PCs harvested cancer was 25 times greater than ( P + macrophages 1.2 times, CD14 monocytes 2.3 CD15 granulocytes 3 exceeded values a factor 2; within this population, percentage CD3 HLA DR Conclusion Patients T2N0M0 lesser extent evoke slight but measurable PCs.
