摘要: Abstract Aims Incretin therapy is one of the most potential approaches in treatment diabetes. In contrast to markedly available drugs, herbal incretin modulators have lesser side effects with low economic cost. The main aim this work was analyze previously reported DPPIV inhibitor, aqueous extract Pueraria tuberosa tubers (PTY-2) as hormones receptor agonist against streptozotocin (STZ)-induced Methods Chronic diabetes induced STZ (65 mg/kg bw) rats for 60 days and grouped into diabetic control PTY-2.
