摘要: Abstract Aims Incretin therapy is one of the most potential approaches in treatment diabetes. In contrast to markedly available drugs, herbal incretin modulators have lesser side effects with low economic cost. The main aim this work was analyze previously reported DPPIV inhibitor, aqueous extract Pueraria tuberosa tubers (PTY-2) as hormones receptor agonist against streptozotocin (STZ)-induced Methods Chronic diabetes induced STZ (65 mg/kg bw) rats for 60 days and grouped into diabetic control PTY-2. Expression genes assessed by PCR, IHC, ELISA. Morphological analysis tissue observed using H & E stain. silico molecular docking approach has been used see interaction active phytochemicals PTY-2 on basis their binding energy [kcal/mol] dissociation constant [pM] YASARA software. Interactive visualization done Discovery studio 3.0. Results comparison control, size number islet cells along plasma level GLP-1, GIP, pancreatic expressions GLP-1R, GIP-R, Bcl2, insulin were enhanced significantly after treatment. Through docking, tuberostan showed best GLP-1R at 8.15 kcal/mol 1061624.125 pM. Puererone GIP-R 8.31 kcal/mol 810381 Conclusions addition studied also acts receptors protects STZ-induced down regulating β apoptosis.
