摘要: Abstract High-voltage electron microscopy has been improved from a powerful tool for both characterization of the materials to an indispensable “micro-laboratory”, and various speciment treatments have carried out directly precisely at atomic scale give new functional behavior materials. In present paper, high-voltage “micro-laboratory” is applied studying atom cluster which behave just like materials, magic size, material markedly changes, determined on Furthermore, atomistic structure clusters are discussed based experimental results.
