摘要: Neuronal synchronization contributes to various cognitive functions and disruption in synchronicity may lead diseased conditions. However, measurement of at a higher spatial resolution remains challenging. Specifically, investigation on understanding the role network topology tuning activity sparse. In this context, we propose imaging intracellular Ca2+ primary cultures hippocampal neurons using Fluo-4 as fluorescent indicator confocal microscope. order identify synchronous response from set heterogeneous spiking, present fuzzy clustering oscillatory responses. Further, was measured through evaluation correlation between spiking trends. Confocal analysis show that neuronal connectivity play an essential network.
