摘要: The time courses of blood levels, tissue levels and amounts excreted an administered drug its formed metabolites can be monitored simultaneously with observed pharmacological, toxicological or pharmacodynamic action. Such studies provide insight into the properties nature that body compartment contains biophase. biologically active receptor sites reside within biophase, a volume where attack on site is only limited by free diffusion [1–8]. Optimum dosage regimens designed to give biophasic compartmental necessary for proper magnitude duration desired pharmacological response minimum toxicities.
