摘要: A selective growth medium for the isolation of Mobiluncus includes a base including an aqueous preparation gelling agent and nutrient broth effective culturing Mobiluncus. The invention further first antimicrobial in amounts, being selected from group consisting colistin, nalidixic acid, combinations colistin having concentration less than 32 micrograms/ml acid 100 micrograms/ml. Tinidazole is included as second effective, amounts not greater 1.0 Nile Blue also Gardnerella Vaginalis inhibiting concentrations.
