摘要: Comma-shaped bacteria isolated from the posterior vaginal fornix of women with foul-smelling discharge were tested for their antimicrobial susceptibility. The 20 strains studied anaerobically, using agar dilution tests. They highly susceptible to beta lactam antibiotics, clindamycin, doxycycline, erythromycin, gentamicin and thiamphenicol. On other hand, relatively resistant sulfamethoxazole, nalidixic acid nitroimidazoles. A difference in susceptibility nitroimidazoles between long short variants comma-shaped was found; former being more than latter.
