Biodetection using a ZnO nanorod-based microfluidic device with a concentration gradient generator

摘要: We have proposed a microfluidic device with concentration gradient generator for cancer biomarker detection by integrating ZnO nanorod arrays into microchannels. exhibited remarkable fluorescence enhancement, and the was successfully established. Thus, high efficiency reduced time-consuming biodetection can be expected due to this feature.
