摘要: Mathematical competency is central to life in modern society, and it particularly important for many occupations professions. In Germany, young people with insufficient mathematical skills experience significant difficulties securing a training position within the dual system, subsequently, they often enrol pre-vocational programmes of transition system. Thus, various one-year aim provide support enhancing skills. Currently, there lack information regarding whether fundamental competencies are effectively developed context these training. Therefore, this paper examines how develop enhanced over course 1 year, based on data (N = 1.258) from three different 1-year programmes. Growth was multidimensional construct measured at two distinct points: beginning end Incorporating selected background variables, results stable valid measurement indicate that, average, did not change 1 year. However, when development considered greater depth, second dimension became visible. Specifically, one group were lower after completing prevocational programme than before, whereas another achieved recognizable improvements their competencies.
