摘要: Bronchopulmonary dysplasia, also known as chronic lung disease of infancy, is an important cause illness in preterm infants. This condition, usually defined by the need for supplemental oxygen at 36 weeks postmenstrual age, affects nearly one third surviving infants with extremely low birth weight (less than 1000 g) but occurs infrequently a more 1250 g or gestational age 30 weeks.1 Affected are likely to have respiratory disorders later infancy (including reactive airway and infection), be hospitalized first . . .
