摘要: Introduccion: El virus papiloma humano (VPH) y Chlamydia trachomatis son las infecciones de transmision sexual (ITS) mas frecuentes, en adolescentes jovenes, con factores riesgo: vida activa multiples parejas. puede favorecer el ingreso VPH este desarrollo del cancer cervico uterino. Ambas pueden dejar secuelas la salud reproductiva. Objetivo: Determinar frecuencias C estudiantes universitarias asinto-maticas bajo 25 anos, asociandolas numero parejas sexuales (n°PSx) tiempo actividad (TASx). Material Metodo: Se procesaron 151 muestras/exo endo cervicales para C. trachomatis, mediante reaccion polimerasa cadena convencional real. Resultados: La frecuencia fue: 21,8%, 11,2% co-infeccion 4,6%. De jovenes infeccion por VPH, 80,6% presento alto riesgo oncogenico. n°PSx se asocio fuertemente a VPH. Entre VPH/C. 71,4% tenian tres o PSx. Segun TASx, fue frecuente (64,7%) entre 3-5 anos que Conclusion: observo alta prevalencia trachomatis. Mujeres podrian ser un grupo necesidad mo-nitorear sus infecciones. Es sugerida implementacion programas universitarios educacion, orientacion prevencion ITS.
