Zinc-alpha2-glycoprotein in patients with acute and chronic kidney disease.

摘要: Background Zinc-alpha2-glycoprotein (AZGP1) is a secreted protein which synthesized in variety of cell types. AZGP1 has functionally been implicated lipid metabolism, the regulation cycling and cancer progression. Previous studies have shown increased circulating levels patients with chronic kidney disease but not investigated acute injury (AKI). In this study, serum were measured to test for correlation renal function other clinical parameters.
