摘要: Objectives: The goal of the current study is to determine whether s-adrenoreceptor (s-AR) plays a role in anti-obesity and anti-diabetic effects zinc-a2-glycoprotein (ZAG). Material methods: This has been investigated CHO-K1 cells transfected with human s1-, s2-, s3-AR ob/ob mice. Cyclic AMP assays were carried out along binding studies. Ob/ob mice treated ZAG glucose transportation insulin examined presence or absence propranolol. Results: bound higher affinity (Kd 46±1nM) than s2-AR 71±3nM) while there was no s1-AR, this correlated increases cyclic various s-AR ZAG. Treatment increased protein expression gastrocnemius muscle, white brown adipose tissues, but had effect on s1- s2-AR. A reduction body weight seen urinary excretion, increase temperature, maximal plasma levels oral tolerance test, stimulation transport into skeletal muscle tissue, completely attenuated by non-specific antagonist Conclusion: results suggest that sensitivity are manifested through s-3AR, possibly
