摘要: Objective To investigate the levels of zinc-α-2-glycoprotein (ZAG) among Omani AIDS patients receiving combined antiretroviral therapy (cART). Methods A total 80 (45 males and 35 females), average age 36 years, who were cART at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH), Muscat, Oman, tested for ZAG. In addition, healthy blood donors (46 34 26 attending SQUH Blood Bank, in parallel as a control group. Measurement ZAG was performed using competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
