摘要: In this paper we present the design and optimization of decision DEMUX circuits fabricated in a 0.7 μm InP HBT technology. Full-rate characterization at 50 Gb/s shows CPM 13 ps excellent 3R capabilities. Circuits are compatible with positive negative signal to ease high-speed interface different types photodiode photoreceiver. The circuit copackaged pin-photodetector was used as photoreceiver 107 optical experiment. Error-floor free demultiplexing operation 231-1 PRBS demonstrated.
