摘要: Thermoanaerobacter tengcongensis, one of many thermophilic organisms, survives harsh living conditions in temperatures ranging from 50 to 80 degrees C. In this comprehensive analysis, we present a robust approach, 2-DE and MALDI-TOF MS, compare identify the bacterial proteins responding temperature stress. total, 164 spots were found with significant changes spot volume at three culture temperatures, 55, 75, C, respectively; furthermore, 87 unique characterized by MS. Our results reveal that electrophoretic images proteins, extracted two (55 75 C), had similar patterns; however, bacteria cultured C dramatically decreased their volumes. Additionally, temperature-sensitive are broadly divided into groups: specific expression certain consistent responsive temperature. For instance, closely related redox regulation, dihydrolipoamide acyltransferase, NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase, ferredoxin, only detected 55 Whereas, chaperonins, GroES GroEL, show increase during elevated determinations, either MS or Western blot. The proteomic information, thus expedites our understanding molecular mechanisms regarding how adapt alterations environment.
