摘要: Abstract The cyclic GMP derivative, 8-bromo GMP, increases the uptake of D -xylose and 2-deoxy -glucose into intact rat diaphragm incubated in vitro. 8-Bromo does not stimulate incorporation [14C] glucose glycogen diaphragm, or α-amino isobutyric acid this tissue. effect on is consistent with hypothesis that plays a role regulation sugar transport muscle.
