摘要: Two different HPLC methods were developed to determine the oxygen heterocyclic compounds in citrus essential oils. Five oils (lemon, bergamot, mandarin, sweet orange and bitter orange) analyzed under identical conditions by reversed phase (RP) with Photodiode Array detector (PDA), for a direct comparison of composition their fraction. One method (A) was on conventional C18 column (15 cm x 4.6 mm, 5 μ m p.s.), while fast (3 3 μm p.s.) used second (B). Once A optimized, pH effect also evaluated both separation efficiency peak symmetry. Both found be suitable five Method gave good sixteen minutes. B, lower resolution, but rapid screening or fingerprinting oil oils, sufficient being obtained less than eight
