摘要: Abstract This study explored food habits and preferences of 222 French adolescents 10 to 20 years old. They completed a questionnaire about their eating quoted favourite most disliked foods or beverages. also mentioned any change in preferences. These results show that tastes are mostly related age gender. Girls pay more attention dietetics snack less than boys. Young prefer bland familiar whereas older ones learn appreciate ‘adult’ foods.
