摘要: Abstract The heat wave method LIMM is used to measure polarization distributions of PVDF-films. PVDF-sample heated by the absorption intensity modulated light at surface sample, while pyroelectric current measured. standard extended measurement amplitude and phase current. A measuring procedure given obtain data with a high precision. It shown, that basic equation formally inverted deconvolution, if both known. filtering concept introduced for analysis measured data. experimental deconvolution experimentally tested an antisymmetrically prepared two layer sample (bimorph-foil). results show, LIMM, resolution spatially dependent coefficient in range few microns possible.
