摘要: Abstract The heat wave method LIMM is used to measure polarization distributions of PVDF-films. PVDF-sample heated by the absorption intensity modulated light at surface sample, while pyroelectric current measured. standard extended measurement amplitude and phase current. A measuring procedure given obtain data with a high precision.
