摘要: As collaborative design and configuration gain increasing importance in product development, it becomes essential to exchange parametric CAD models among participants. Parametric can be represented exchanged the form of a macro file or part that contains modeling history product. The model feature specifications each has selection information records name referenced topological entities. Translating this requires solving problems how identify entities (persistent naming problem) convert into format receiving system (naming mapping problem). present paper introduces problem exchanging proposes solution mapping.
