摘要: This paper presents results of studies on interactions carcinogenic nickel with -CAIH-, a potential metal binding motif in nuclear chromatin. Structural and mechanistic are discussed the perspective various concepts carcinogenesis. Evidence is presented for major role oxidative mechanism damage caused by Ni(II) reactivity both genotoxic (DNA) epigenetic (core histones) levels. Preliminary study (H3-H4)2 histone tetramer supporting validity CAIH model also shown.
