摘要: A standardized, controlled procedure for preparation of an in-house reference (IHR) allergen extract Candida albicans is described. The procedure, based on previous studies allergens C. albicans, designed to yield a maximum in optimum extraction conditions and provide further production. SDS-PAGE, IgE-immunoblotting, crossed radioimmunoelectrophoresis (CRIE) analyses showed that the reproducible with acceptable batch-to-batch variation. variation content most important allergens, namely, proteins molecular weights 46, 29, 27 kDa pooled final batches, (coeff. < 15%), although intermediate batches different strains, coefficient may occasionally exceed 20%. comparison other preparations used our also presented. resulting can be as production experimental vitro vivo studies.
