摘要: Background: Elevated and correlative Malassezia furfur (M. furfur) Candida albicans (C. albicans) mannan-specific IgE have been demonstrated in atopic eczema dermatitis syndrome (AEDS) of the head, neck shoulder (HNS) region skin. The significance these antibodies vivo has not demonstrated. Methods: Sixty-five AEDS patients with HNS distribution were included. Serum total (S-IgE) yeast antigen-specific (Cetavlon-purified mannan whole extract antigens M. C. measured skin prick tests (SPT) performed antigens. Results: Mannan-specific SPT positive 51 48% 42 22% albicans, respectively. Whole extract-specific 85 95% 91 57% highest correlation between specific was seen (r = 0.60; P < 0.0001). Both (r = 0.76; P < 0.0001) (r = 0.44; P = 0.0005) correlated S-IgE. Conclusions: Mannan-induced immediate hypersensitivity SPT. significant suggests that is an important allergen hypersensitive vivo.
