摘要: Atopic dermatitis (AD) patients often demonstrate positive skin prick test results and serum IgE antibodies to a range of different yeasts. This has been thought be due cross-reactivity. In this study, the cross-reactivity IgG between mannan crude antigens Pityrosporum ovale, Candida albicans, Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cryptococcus albidus Rhodotorula rubra was examined by RAST ELISA inhibition with two pools AD patients. We found cross-reacting antibodies. response, main pattern region, although could achieved also C. S. cerevisiae, and, some extent, albidus. P. ovale most potent inhibitor IgE-binding components, against it highest antibody levels were detected in pools. contrast, albicans important inducer antibodies, since level both very low. Cross-reacting seen antigens, but low, further studies are needed confirm results.
