摘要: R 7033(R)-C ABSTRACT A process for preparing partial polyol fatty acid esters, e.g. sucrose or sorbitol is improved by (1) mixing the with an alkaline catalyst such as KOH, NaOH their carbonates, preferably in aqueous solution dissolved C1-5 alcohols ketones at atmospheric pressure and 10-80°C, (2) a mixture of lower alkyl esters emulsifier, soap, (3) adding to (2), whereby solvent removed during addition 60°C 5 mbar. The reaction so that most half hydroxy groups being esterified are formed 110-145°C within 1-4 hours.
