摘要: Although there are various ways in which the regulation of hypothalamic corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) may be investigated, most direct is by study CRF secretion from rat hypothalami incubated vitro. Using this technique, we have found stimulation noradrenaline, acetylcholine, serotonin, neuropeptide Y, and interleukins 1 6; inhibitory modulation was shown GABA, substance P, atrial natriuretic peptide, opioid peptides precursors nitric oxide. Studies these interactions demonstrated certain non-linear characteristics allow appropriate mathematical models to devised; aid our understanding clinical disorders associated with excess.
