摘要: OBJECTIVE. Immediate cytologic assessment of hepatic lesions can help determine the adequacy specimens and may yield a preliminary diagnosis. The purpose this study was to analyze diagnostic accuracy on-site compared with definitive examination in detection correct subtyping malignant lesions.SUBJECTS AND METHODS. population included 472 consecutively registered patients nodules who underwent sonographically guided fine-needle aspiration core biopsies. During analysis, pathologist made diagnosis malignancy or negative for each nodule. When lesion diagnosed, immediate attempted.RESULTS.
