摘要: Summary Simian virus 40 (SV40)—a potent oncogenic virus—has been associated previously with some types of human tumours, but not lymphomas. We examined tumours for the presence specific SV40 DNA sequences by PCR and Southern blotting. Viral were present in 29 (43%) 68 non-Hodgkin lymphomas, three (9%) 31 Hodgkin's detected at low frequencies (about 5%) 235 epithelial adult paediatric origin, absent control tissues. Our data suggest that might be a cofactor pathogenesis
