摘要: High-throughput screening of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) gene-trap transformants filamentous fungus was achieved for the first time using an image analyzer to measure their intensity. For quantitative analysis EGFP intensity per unit cell mass, we developed a method measurement mass dye SP-Dil. This offers effective and convenient tool expressing as reporter, fungal at jig levels.
