摘要: We describe in this report the production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) to rabbit homologues CD4, CD5 CD11a antigens, their use for phenotypic analysis lymphoid cell lines. All mAbs were produced by immunizing mice with thymocytes. mAb KEN-4 apparently identified precipitated two bands 42 50 kDa under reducing non-reducing conditions markedly inhibited allo-MLR. The distribution antigen-positive cells restricted thymus classical T-dependent areas peripheral tissues. KEN-5 CD5, a single polypeptide 67 similar other anti-CD5 human mouse. revealed that CD5+ B infrequent species. KEN-11 heterodimer 150/95 selectively recognizing 150 moiety. It blocked cation-dependent aggregation phorbol ester-induced Con A blasts also allo-MLR manner anti-CD11a various animal Phenotypic examination HTLV-1 transformed lines using these clearly indicated most them CD4+, CD11a+, hence derived from CD4+ T cells. These will be useful tools study cellular immune system rabbit.
