摘要: We describe in this report the production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) to rabbit homologues CD4, CD5 CD11a antigens, their use for phenotypic analysis lymphoid cell lines. All mAbs were produced by immunizing mice with thymocytes. mAb KEN-4 apparently identified precipitated two bands 42 50 kDa under reducing non-reducing conditions markedly inhibited allo-MLR.
