摘要: Abstract Isoproterenol-induced stimulation of ribonucleic acid synthesis in rat heart was studied. Three hours after injection 5 mg isoproterenol/kg, there a very rapid increase RNA amounting to as much 300 400% control values and increasing with continued treatment. Stimulation pre-ribosomal ribosomal the nuclear fraction identified by sucrose gradient centrifugation. Other species were also observed labeling pattern, but could not be specifically identified, although they probably messenger type. The increased prior onset isoproterenol-induced hypertrophy.
