摘要: The Dolni Věstonice I site is one of the most significant Pavlovian localities known from southern Moravia. Numerous lithic and osseous tools were discovered in different areas, associated with a vast assemblage animal bones collected surface entire site. materials this study come upper part (excavations carried out 1924–28 1948–52) where five dwelling structures described, accompanied by fireplaces mammoth bone concentrations. This area located close to huge accumulation natural depression. faunal composition at typical for other primarily percentage remains high, although they do not dominate assemblage. Cut marks on during studies clearly show that meat these animals was consumed, but addition mammoth, an extremely important role subsistence practices also played reindeer, horse, carnivores, which account around 40% complete identifiable are found numerous especially wolf wolverine. We conclude taxa commonly Palaeolithic sites, component diet hunters.
